Yes, we ask that renters always return your vehicle with a full tank or a fully charged battery. Please note that you are responsible for paying for refueling or charging yourself. In any case, you must return the vehicle with a full tank at the end of your rental.

We want to be fair and transparent for you. Therefore, it's very important to us that you know all possible costs. To ensure the next wheego customer doesn't have to fill up immediately, you must return your vehicle with a full tank. If the tank isn't full when you return it, we will charge you a service fee. In the event of a claim, we will charge you the damage costs up to the agreed deductible plus a processing fee of €50. The deductible is €15,000.00 per claim for micro cars and all passenger cars, and €20,000.00 for vans (all groups). You have the option of reducing your deductible to as little as €0.00 by booking a protection package. The minimum age for the Premium Protection Package is 24 years. You can add a protection package at the time of booking. If you have held your drivers licence for less than 2 years you may be charged an additonal young drivers fee along with the daily vehicle rate.
